Drew Walton led the way with his Win earning his 2nd straight Cross Country ALL OHIO in 15:00.17, Nathan Phillips 10th 15:59.93 earning ALL OHIO, AJ Ray 26th 16:19.00 earning ALL OHIO, , Connor Runkle 80th 17:00.74, Christian Reindle 105th 17:18.10, Chase Miller 108th 17:19.14 and Connor Myers 142nd 17:54.23. Women are District Champions again! That Makes 8 out of the last 9 years. In the overall two races combined the women finished 2nd out of 19 total teams.
Anna Conrad led the way for the Falcons with a 3rd place finish overall in a time of 19:45.24 First Team All District. Vera Henderly was 8th (20:36.61) First Team All District, Addy Winters 16th (21:04.88) First Team All District, Claire Wilkinson 31st (21:56.05) First Team All District, Ava Wilkinson 33rd (22:00.02), Abbie Pike 35th (22:03.11), Taylor Colopy 41st (22:37.49). There were a total of 142 women in the race. The women will compete again next Saturday at Pickerington North for a chance to qualify for State.
MSL RUNNERS UP!
Congratulations to the ladies for taking 2nd in the MSL Championship meet! Anna Conrad captured the individual women’s MSL title, coming through the finish line in a time of 19:07, 17 seconds ahead of the next competitor. Vera Henderly (6th) and Addy Winters (8th) also secured 1st Team All-MSL spots in times of 20:42 and 20:55, respectively. Abbie Pike (15th) earned a 2nd Team All-MSL spot with her 21:43 performance. Honorable Mention All-MSL was Claire Wilkinson (22nd) in 22:27. Also placing the Falcons were Taylor Colopy (26th) in 22:49 and Ava Wilkinson (30th) in 23:30.
The Lady Falcons also had an impressive showing in the open race finishing 1st through 4th for women - Averey Cottrill (22:29), Julia Widener (22:38), Allison Freeland (22:52) and Ellen Morgan (22:57). Rounding out the scoring for the Falcons were Natalie Hotrum (24:43) and Annalese Berry (28:57) who each ran personal bests.

In the MSL Open race the men also had a perfect score!

Vera Henderly was 15th (20:12.7), Addy Winters 50th (21:14.8), Ava Wilkinson 76th (22:06.4), Ellen Morgan 95th (22:28.8),Claire Wilkinson 98th(22:33.0) and Averey Cottrill 117th (22:59.8). There were 161 runners in the race. The girls are looking strong as they start to look toward championship season!

What a great day for the Falcons at the OHSAA State Cross Country meet!
3 Falcons earn All Ohio at the State meet and the men finish 4th as a team!
The Falcon men had a great day finishing 4th in the State as a team! They were led by senior Marcus Runkle who finished 3rd earning him All Ohio Honor and sophomore Drew Walton who finished 14th earning him All Ohio Honors as well. Sophomore Nathan Phillips was 70th, sophomore Christian Reindle 73rd, freshman Connor Myers 128th, freshman AJ Ray 147th and freshman Chase Miller 153rd. There were 180 guys in the race. The men raced against the top 20 teams in the state.
For the Lady Falcons junior Anna Conrad finished 21st to earn All Ohio honors and Senior Andrea Phillips finished 118th place. There were 178 of The best runners in Ohio in the race.
The top 30 athletes in the state earn All Ohio.
Congratulations to the men's Cross Country team for winning the Regional Championship title against 19 other teams. The men will be racing in the state meet on Saturday, November 5.
Marcus Runkle was the overall Regional Champion earning a Regional Podium spot, Drew Walton was 4th making Regional podium, Nathan Phillips was 32nd, Christian Reindle 42nd, Connor Myers 54th, Chase Miller 79th and AJ Ray was 103rd. There were 160 runners in the race.
The women qualified 2 individuals to the State meet and the team finished 8th out of 20 schools. The women missed qualifying as a team by only 3 points.
Leading the way for the women was Anna Conrad 8th earning her a state birth and regional podium spot. Andrea Phillips was 12th place earning her a state birth and regional podium spot. Abbie Pike was 83rd, Julia Widener was 88th, Addy Winters 89th, Taylor Rife 98th and Averey Cottrill 110th. There were 163 athletes in the race.

Both the Men and Women won the Division II/III races today at the Bob Reall Invitational. We also took both individual titles!

Another great weekend for the Falcons as they competed hard at the McGowan Invitational hosted by Watkins Memorial.
The men’s team beat second place by 52 points and competed against 22 teams. They came in strong with 7 guys in the top 31 out of 209 runners.
The Men’s Cross Country team took 1st place against 14 teams at Canal Winchester, beating the 2nd place team by 26 points.
Lakewood Dual
The wrestling team hosted Lakewood last evening in the high school gymnasium. The Falcons defeated the Lancers by the score of 45 - 28. The following Falcons were victorious: Aiden McCafferty, James Worthington, Trace Taylor, Elijah Kidd, Abram Cottrill, Trent Shull, Kayden Senig, Justin Mossholder, and Caleb Campbell.
