The Falcons traveled to Liberty Union to take on the Lions. The Falcons hung on to win 7-6. Ben Barringer took the mound for the Falcons going 5 strong innings and getting the win, allowing just 4 hits and 5 strikeouts, 5 walks and a hit batter. The walks proved costly for Barringer as four of the 5 scored. Kyle Wolfe came on in the 6th-7th to get the save, Wolfe allowed 2 runs on 3 hits, 2 strikeouts and 1 walk.
Offensively Barringer helped his cause going 2-3 at the plate with 3 RBI , Gage Hammond also had two hits and 2 RBI. Ashton Waldrop also singled and drove in two runs to help secure the game.
