On March 14, 2024, four members of the graduating Class of 2024 committed to military service. Recruiting Officers from the Air Force, Army, and Navy were present for the signing event.
Owen Bailey will be joining the US Air Force. Staff Sargent Jeremiah Kincaid shared some details about the Air Force and some of the jobs that Owen might be looking into as part of his training.
Cara Miller will be joining the US Air Force ROTC program. Cara will be attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the fall on scholarship and hopes to become a pilot.
Sam Swindells will be joining the US Navy. Chief Matthew Blair spoke about the Navy nuclear program which Sam intends to pursue after his basic training. Damien Woodard will be joining the US Army. Staff Sargent Beniot shared that Damien would like to be a member of the veterinarian tech program and work with military animals including dogs and horses.
These four seniors have made a commitment to serve our country and we are all so very proud of each and every one of them.
