The IDEA requires school districts to locate, identify and
evaluate all resident children and adults from age 3 through 21 who are
suspected of needing special education services. This notice is a required step
in this search, and the district is committed to fulfilling the intent of the
IDEA. Therefore, any child who is suspected of having a disability and who is
not currently identified should be referred to the Principal of the building of
attendance or the superintendent at 740-536-7384.
