The Fairfield Union women's cross country team delivered a stellar performance, finishing 2nd out of 22 teams at a highly competitive meet. Facing off against Jonathan Alder, ranked 7th in the state, Fairfield Union held their own in a field of 220 runners. Led by standout performances from Vera Henderly (4th place) and Adelyn Winters (12th place), the team’s depth shone through with five runners finishing in the top 50. Their impressive effort secured a strong runner-up finish, showcasing their strength against top-level competition.
